A chilled dessert made with creamy kulfi ice cream bedded on vermicelli, served with cold milk and basil (sabja) seeds, and lightly flavored with rose and topped with nuts. Cool, rich, and refreshing, indulgent milk-based dessert enjoyed throughout South Asia.

Lahori Kulfa Falooda

A slow-cooked dessert made by simmering fresh carrots in milk, butter (ghee), and sugar, gently flavored with cardamom and finished with nuts. Rich yet comforting, it’s soft, lightly spiced, and naturally sweet, similar to a warm carrot pudding enjoyed across South Asia.

Gajar ka Halwa

Soft, delicate cheese dumplings soaked in chilled saffron- and cardamom-infused milk, gently sweetened and finished with pistachios and almonds. Light yet creamy, Ras Malai is a refreshing, milk-based dessert with a smooth texture and subtle floral warmth. It’s best enjoyed cold and is often compared to a delicate cheesecake served in lightly sweetened milk.
